Mayhem North Inc. was incorporated May 2005. It is a private Ontario corporation with 2 shareholders, Amanda Taylor (aka Mandy Goodhandy) and Todd Klinck.

The primary function of Mayhem North Inc. is to operate Toronto nightclub Goodhandy's
